These machines enable the efficiency of stacking machines to be increased, by transporting and stacking more than 1 workpiece per cycle. Depending on the number of workpieces, the stacking capacity of the machine can be multiplied. Beispiel 1 Batching hoppers with stacking machine SM100 after a planing machine for pallet and box panels. 2 or 3 workpieces are batched one above the other and transferred to the stacking machine. The trough can be adjusted manually to different workpiece lengths and widths. Special feature: the working height of the hopper can be adjusted by motor power to the working height of the planing machine. A pre-selected number of workpieces can be batched one above the other and then be transferred to the stacking machine. The machine adjusts automatically to the desired workpiece unit number.
